Building permits signed

Preparations for the further development of the Senior Residence am Bürgerpark in Essen continue to move forward. Recently, the building permits were officially signed, marking another step in the project’s development.

For Domusa Living, this milestone allows the project to move into the next stage of preparation. Working with an experienced construction partner supports our approach of developing projects together with reliable specialists throughout every phase of the development process.

In the coming months, the technical preparations will continue, followed by the start of the first construction activities in Essen.
